IRIS5 is operated by Paideia Gamma (“PGC”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use, why we use them, and how you can control them.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and keep you signed in. We also use localStorage, a browser-based storage mechanism that works similarly to cookies but stays on your device.
2. Cookies we use
IRIS5 takes a privacy-first approach. We use the minimum number of cookies necessary to operate the platform.
Essential cookies (strictly necessary)
These cookies are required for the platform to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking core features.

What we do not use
- No advertising or marketing cookies
- No third-party analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.)
- No session replay or screen-recording tools
- No social media tracking pixels
- No cross-site tracking of any kind
3. Third-party services
When you make a payment, you are redirected to Stripe’s checkout page. Stripe may set its own cookies to process the payment securely. Stripe’s use of cookies is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
We use Supabase (EU-hosted) for our database. Supabase does not set cookies in your browser.
4. Managing your cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. However, blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to IRIS5.
To reset your cookie consent preference, clear your browser’s localStorage for iris5.io, or use your browser’s developer tools.
5. Document processing and privacy
Documents uploaded for deep audits are processed by AI and the original files then permanently deleted — only the extracted analysis (metrics, key facts, and short supporting quotes) is retained in your audit results. We do not store your documents beyond the time needed for analysis. No cookies or tracking are involved in document processing.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this cookie policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent before setting them.
