Terms of Service

Effective: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IRIS5 platform at iris5.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Paideia Gamma Pte Ltd (UEN 202344567D) (“PGC”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Service Description

IRIS5 is a diagnostic tool that provides indicative assessments of school performance across multiple dimensions. It is designed to support decision-making but is not a substitute for professional advice. Results should be interpreted in context and in consultation with qualified advisors. PGC makes no representation that IRIS5 outputs constitute professional, financial, legal, or regulatory advice.

3. Intellectual Property

The IRIS5 platform, methodology, scoring framework, question sets, recommendation engine, report formats, and all associated content are the proprietary intellectual property of Paideia Gamma Pte Ltd. The IRIS5 name and brand are trademarks of Paideia Gamma Pte Ltd.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the IRIS5 methodology, scoring algorithms, question frameworks, or report structures without prior written consent from PGC. This restriction applies whether such derivation is attempted from the software itself, from its outputs, from its API responses, or from the reports it generates, and applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Reports generated by IRIS5 are provided for the subscribing school’s internal use only. They may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed to third parties without PGC’s written consent.

Systematic extraction of IRIS5 questions, scoring logic, or benchmarking data is strictly prohibited.

The platform’s engine, contradiction and scoring logic, prompt design, question sets, and benchmarking methodology are the trade secrets and confidential information of PGC and are disclosed to no user. All rights not expressly granted are reserved, and no provision of these terms transfers any ownership in the platform or its underlying intellectual property to you. A breach of this section may cause irreparable harm for which damages are an inadequate remedy, and PGC may seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedy and may suspend or terminate access immediately.

4. User Accounts & Data

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Schools retain ownership of the data they input. PGC does not claim ownership of user-submitted content.

Questionnaire responses are stored to enable the diagnostic service. Documents uploaded for deep audit are processed and the original files permanently deleted — only the extracted analysis (metrics, key facts, and short supporting quotes) is retained as part of your audit results, until you clear your documents or delete your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party or automated agent to: (a) access, scrape, spider, crawl, harvest, or index any part of the platform by automated means, except a search engine operating within the limits of our robots.txt; (b) circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits, access controls, authentication, or any security or usage-monitoring feature; (c) access the platform through any interface other than the one we provide, or use it to build, train, or benchmark a competing product or dataset; or (d) access accounts, data, or areas you are not authorised to access, or use another user’s credentials.

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of this section.

6. Security & Confidentiality

You must not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform, nor breach or circumvent its security or authentication, without our prior written permission. Good-faith security research is welcome — report suspected vulnerabilities to security@paideiagamma.com and allow us a reasonable time to respond before any disclosure. We will not pursue action against good-faith research conducted under this clause.

Non-public information we make available to you — including previews, benchmark datasets, pricing not publicly listed, and any material marked or reasonably understood to be confidential — is our confidential information. You must use it only for the purpose for which it was provided and must not disclose it. This obligation survives termination.

7. Aggregate Benchmarking Data

Completed audits contribute anonymised, aggregate statistical data (counts, sums, averages) to improve peer benchmarking accuracy. No individual school data is retained or recoverable from these aggregates.

By using the service, you consent to this anonymised statistical contribution.

8. Audit Credits, Charges & Refunds

What a credit is. A deep audit is paid for with credits. One credit entitles you to one complete deep-audit pass for a single school: uploading documents, the AI cross-analysis of those documents against each other and against your questionnaire, and the resulting report. The free light audit (questionnaire only) requires no credit and has no usage limit.

When a credit is charged. A credit is charged at the point you upload the first document of a pass — before the AI analysis runs — and only after you confirm the charge on screen. We show you the charge and your remaining balance before any credit is taken; credits are never charged silently. Completing or re-scoring the questionnaire is free and never consumes a credit.

What counts as using a credit. A credit is treated as used once the pass it paid for has begun analysis. Running a further analysis on a different set of documents — for example, re-uploading updated accounts and running the cross-analysis again — is a new pass and consumes another credit.

Automatic refund on failure. If a deep-audit pass fails to complete for a technical reason on our side, the credit is automatically returned to your balance — you do not need to request it. A failed run never costs you a credit.

Validity. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which any unused credits expire. Payments are processed securely via Stripe; PGC does not store your payment card details.

Refunds. Unused credits may be refunded in full if you contact us within 14 days of purchase. Once a credit has been used — that is, once the AI analysis it paid for has run and produced a report — the service has been delivered and that credit is non-refundable. Refunds for used credits are made entirely at PGC’s discretion and may be considered on a case-by-case basis where you contact us to explain the circumstances; any such refund is a goodwill gesture and does not create an entitlement to further refunds.

Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in respect of a credit that was legitimately purchased and used, PGC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and to recover the disputed amount and any associated fees. Please contact us first — we would always rather resolve a concern directly.

9. Limitation of Liability

IRIS5 provides indicative diagnostic assessments based on self-reported data and uploaded documents. Results are not guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

PGC is not liable for decisions made based on IRIS5 outputs. Schools should seek independent professional advice before taking significant action based on diagnostic findings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PGC’s maximum aggregate liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

PGC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Your continued use of IRIS5 following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
